We only accept online payment on the official ticketing system of Monsoon Music Festival 2023: http://ticket.monsoonfestival.vn/ via:

• ATM card registered to Internet Banking service

• International payment cards including Visa card, MasterCard card, JCB card and American Express card

• Wire transfer via QR code

We accept payment by almost all bank cards/ bank accounts in Vietnam that have registered for Internet Banking service. In addition, we also accept payment by international cards including Visa Card, MasterCard, JCB card, American Express card. All personal information, transaction information of customers is completely confidential and only used for purchase purposes.

Sorry, currently we only accept payment in Vietnamese Dong for all payment methods and transactions.

Please pay the full fare in one transaction!

A failed payment transaction can be caused by many reasons. Please refer to the following reasons:

• Not registered for Internet Banking service.

• For Visa, MasterCard: During the payment process, you may be asked to enter the password of the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode... but you have not completed this authentication step.

• Card/ bank account does not have enough limit/balance for payment. Some banks also have a daily spending limit for cards.

• Card information entered incorrectly.

Please enter the code in the "Discount Code" box displayed on the screen in the “Cart”. After that, you continue to follow the steps to buy tickets as per the instructions.

Sending a confirmation email to complete your ticket purchase may take a few minutes, in addition, this email may go to spam. Therefore, about 5 to 15 minutes after completing the ticket purchase, please check your mailbox again.

You can log in your account on the website monsoonfestival.vn and access the Profile to change your personal information. However, the e-ticket code that the Organizer has issued and sent to your registered email will not be resent for any reason of change.
