We accept payment by almost all bank cards/ bank accounts in Vietnam that have registered for Internet Banking service. In addition, we also accept payment by international cards including Visa Card, MasterCard, JCB card, American Express card. All personal information, transaction information of customers is completely confidential and only used for purchase purposes.

Sorry, currently we only accept payment in Vietnamese Dong for all payment methods and transactions.

A failed payment transaction can be caused by many reasons. Please refer to the following reasons: Not registered for Internet Banking service. For Visa, MasterCard: During the payment process, you may be asked to enter the password of the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode... but you have not completed this authentication step. Card/ bank account does not have enough limit/balance for payment. Some banks also have a daily spending limit for cards. Card information entered incorrectly. Please enter the code in the "Discount Code" box displayed on the screen in the “Cart”. After that, you continue to follow the steps to buy tickets as per the instructions.

Sending a confirmation email to complete your ticket purchase may take a few minutes, in addition, this email may go to spam. Therefore, about 5 to 15 minutes after completing the ticket purchase, please check your mailbox again. You can log in your account on the website monsoonfestival.vn and access the Profile to change your personal information. However, the e-ticket code that the Organizer has issued and sent to your registered email will not be resent for any reason of change. A wristband is valid for admission when: The e-ticket has been changed to the wristband. The wristband has no sign of being cut or broken before. The wristband is tied following the Organizer specifications.

With the valid e-ticket codes, transacted on the Monsoon Music Festival (MMF) system, we will exchange your tickets for valid wristbands to enter the event. With valid wristbands, exchanged at MMF's official ticket exchange counter, we will assist you with check-in. However, for the cases where you buy tickets on black market/ resell tickets, outside the ticket distribution system of the Organizer, we are not responsible for any complaints or handling related issues that you may encounter. Therefore, we recommend that you buy tickets on the official system of Monsoon Music Festival to ensure the interests of customers.

For Thang Long Thanh Hoi single-day admission ticket, Customers can choose to attend the show on Oct 21st or Oct 22nd at Thang Long Imperial Citadel. This kind of ticket is valid for one show date only.

Unfortunately, we do not support ticket upgrade once the ticket has been successfully purchased.

The current price offered by this year's program is already a preferential price for the majority of music lovers! However, we will still have special promotions during the official ticket sale period, we hope you follow the official channels of the Organizer to understand these promotional information.

The ticket price of the program includes value added tax (VAT). To get the VAT invoice, please send information to email: ticket@monsoonfestival.vn. The organizers support the issuance of VAT invoices within thirty (30) days from the date of ticket purchase. Invoice-related inquiries will be resolved by the 10th of the following month.

Monsoon Music Festival 2023 only sells ticket offline from October 31st to November 3rd at these places: Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, and 2 others (we will update soon). If you want to buy ticket now, forward to our website at ticket.monsoonfestival.vn.

To change to the official Wristband, please bring the confirmation email with the e-ticket code confirming the purchase, along with your phone number to the exchange location.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and non-cancelable for any cases, except for the reasons of the program’s postponement/cancellation as requested from the competent authorities.

To guarantee the security and safety for emergencies, children must be over 12 years old, similar fare to adult’s; 8-12 years old children are allowed to participate in the festival without tickets and must be under adult's guidance; we recommend that children under the age of 8 should not attend the program due to the high volume that may affect the child's hearing.

Monsoon Music Festival is an outdoor event without seats, so customers cannot choose seats and sheltered areas.

Monsoon Music Festival's prohibits usage of the following items: Do not bring weapons, sharp objects, bottles of all kinds Do not bring sticks, flags, selfie sticks Do not bring umbrellas, chairs (including small seats, portable seats) Do not bring whistles, portable speakers, portable karaoke mics or noisy objects Do not bring products, flammable materials such as fireworks, flares, laser pens, flashlights, etc. Do not bring spray bottles (except for hand sanitizer with a capacity of less than 50ml, medicines prescribed by a doctor) No possession of drugs and other banned substances No professional video and audio recording equipment/ Professional photography equipment / Professional lenses / Flycams / Drones…; Do not bring food and drinks from outside into the event (except for transparent mineral water bottles with a capacity of 350ml or less) Do not bring pets All other inappropriate objects for the event Do not quarrel, fight or engage in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or cause discomfort to anyone, including but not limited to spectators and your staff. organization Do not bring posters/banners/national emblems/sign boards or any related items that are distorting and anti-state of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
